Segunda Jornada Técnica Colper - CFIA expone proyecto carretera a San Carlos

Una serie de recomendaciones fueron puestas sobre la mesa en la segunda Jornada Técnica de análisis y propuestas para la atención de problemáticas nacionales, organizada por el Colegio de Periodistas y Profesionales en Ciencias de la Comunicación Colectiva de Costa Rica (COLPER) y el Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos de Costa Rica (CFIA), sobre el proyecto de la carretera a San Carlos, una obra que tuvo orden de inicio hace más de cincuenta años y aún está inconclusa.

Para esta ocasión el panel estuvo integrado por: Sr. José Joaquín Hernández Rojas., Diputado de la República por el Partido Liberación Nacional (PLN); Sr. Luis Diego Vargas R., Diputado de la República por el Partido Liberal Progresista (PLP); Sr. Rolando Vega B., experto CFIA; y el Sr. Rafael Solís L., presidente Asociación Pro Carretera San Carlos. El periodista Diego Bosque G, como moderador.

En el caso del proyecto de la Carretera a San Carlos, no es posible que tengamos más de dos décadas esperando la culminación de este proyecto. Esta ruta es prioritaria para los vecinos de la zona norte y para todo el país. No podemos seguir pensando en “obras aisladas” y a cuentagotas.”, indicó el Ing. Pablo Salas C., vicepresidente de la Junta Directiva General del CFIA.

Parte de lo planteado durante la jornada destaca que este proyecto debería tener independencia del presupuesto anual del MOPT o CONAVI, así como una revisión del estado de la infraestructura de lo que ya se encuentra construido y tomar en consideración toda la experiencia para futuras contrataciones donde se apeguen a la realidad actual.
